what is propel excellerator?

The Propel Excellerator, offered by Dr. Luke Riley at his Haslet, TX dental practice, is a procedure in which the gums and bone surrounding the roots of the teeth are stimulated by microsurgical acupuncture. This quickens the effect of your dental aligners and can lessen any discomfort you may experience. The microsurgical acupuncture, or micro-osteoperforations, stimulate blood flow and cytokines to the treated area that help bone remodeling and tooth movement. Used with removable aligners or braces, the Propel Excellerator can shorten treatment time and increase bone support around the teeth. To learn more about adding a treatment with the Propel Excellerator to your removable aligners, make an appointment with Dr. Riley at Riley Dental in Haslet, TX.
